ImerjaMail is easy to administer with simple configuration and flexible reporting

There are two levels of access for organisations using ImerjaMail. The Owner has rights over the domain management and other administration accounts, including adding and deleting those users. The Administrator account(s) can only edit existing domain and configuration items. Both account types are able to set and monitor thresholds and operation of the service on a per domain name basis.

The operator console is fully intuitive and allows for clear and unambiguous setting of domain details and spam/anti-virus/file type settings. The system can operate according to a pre-determined set of default actions which you can tune according to your policies and experience.

Users will receive a daily summary email of all blocked email and which provides a per item clickable field to enable release of the item (except where there is a virus present in which case the user is only informed of the email having been being blocked).
